Founder’s Role

As the visionary behind our community, Lazarina plans all upcoming events and community activities, as well manages all relationships with speakers, sponsors, partners, and vendors. Her main role is acting as the driving force who unites a thriving network of like-minded women in marketing. With a passion for creating meaningful connections, Lazarina maintains WiM-BG as a space where members can grow, learn, and collaborate. She also ensures that as the community grows, it stays true to its core values and mission while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

Community Catalyst

Community Catalyst’s role

The Catalyst role is intended to enable our community to grow faster via the help of volunteers, who trust and want to invest in our mission via amplifying our community’s activities and events, driving online engagement and new members, and ensuring that every member feels connected and valued. Community Catalysts are expected to proactively and regularly contribute to our Slack channels, sparking discussions and fostering meaningful conversations. This role can be as flexible as the person taking it, meaning you can help us based on your field of interest and area of expertise – be it social media, event management, community engagement, email marketing, or anything else.

Board of Advisors

The Advisory board is intended to assist the Founder in making the right decisions for the community and to help resolve any challenges related with the growth of the community, by providing advise and know-how on topics and matters, where there are skill gaps between the Core Team (Founder and Catalysts). The board will likely change each year, as the needs of the community change, and as the Core Team Structure changes.
