Zero-tolerance items
Hate speech
Our community upholds a zero-tolerance policy against hate speech to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone. Hate speech is defined as any verbal, written, or visual communication that incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on attributes such as race, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability, or gender. Engaging in hate speech will result in immediate and decisive action, including potential permanent removal from the community. We encourage all members to foster a welcoming atmosphere and to report any instances of hate speech to the moderators. Our goal is to educate and remind our members of the importance of respect and empathy towards all individuals, regardless of their background or beliefs.
Bullying
Our community is dedicated to creating a secure and supportive environment where all members feel safe to express themselves and engage openly. Bullying is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes any actions or words intended to intimidate, belittle, or humiliate others. Examples of bullying behavior include making derogatory comments, engaging in threatening speech or actions, and isolating or excluding someone socially. If you encounter or witness any form of bullying, please report it immediately to our moderators through designated channels. We are committed to addressing all reports promptly and discreetly, with appropriate measures ranging from mediation to removal from the community, depending on the severity of the offense.
Spam
Our community strives to maintain a focus on meaningful and relevant content that benefits all members. To this end, we strictly prohibit spam and overly promotional posts. This includes unsolicited advertisements, repetitive messages, irrelevant links, and any content that primarily serves promotional purposes without adding value to the discussions. We encourage members to share content that is informative, insightful, and relevant to the field of marketing. If you wish to promote services or products, please do so in designated areas or in accordance with our promotional guidelines. Violations of this policy may result in the removal of the offending content and disciplinary actions such as warnings or suspension of posting privileges, depending on the frequency and severity of the incidents. Please report any spam or overly promotional content to the moderators, helping us keep our community valuable and engaging for everyone.
Harassment
Our community is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, fostering an environment where all members feel respected and valued. Harassment in any form, including physical, verbal, psychological, or sexual harassment, is utterly unacceptable and will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion, as well as deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses acts of harassment to report them immediately to our moderators. Each report will be treated with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality, investigated promptly, and could lead to actions such as warnings, temporary bans, or permanent expulsion from the community, depending on the severity of the behavior.
